We are looking for a Strong Administration Coordinator to join a dedicated team of four. This is a pivotal support role focused on the precision and flow of time-tracking and payroll data. You won't just be "inputting data"-you will be the engine ensuring that the workforce is accounted for and processed accurately.
Manage and audit daily Time & Attendance records for a large workforce.
Coordinate with department leads to resolve timesheet discrepancies.
Support the payroll function by ensuring all data is validated and ready for processing.
Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing and vendor processes.
Maintain high levels of data integrity and confidentiality.
This is not an entry-level position. We need a seasoned administrator who "gets it."
Experienced Coordinator: You have a proven track record in a busy office environment.
Process-Driven: Ideally, you have experience specifically in payroll admin, invoicing, or complex timesheet management.
Systems Savvy: You are comfortable navigating internal databases and possess strong Excel skills.
Competitive Pay: A strong hourly rate of €18-€20 per hour depending on experience
