My client is a dynamic, high-growth industrial solutions provider with multi-site manufacturing and distribution operations across Ireland and the UK. They are looking for a Head of Business Transformation to join their leadership team in Clare/Limerick. This is a permanent, full-time role reporting directly to the CFO.

Map, simplify, and standardize Group-wide end-to-end processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales.

Build and deliver a prioritized transformation roadmap focused on process optimization, automation, and core system utilization.

Lead operational integration for newly acquired businesses from Day 1 planning through long-term stabilization.

Oversee third-party IT managed service providers, monitoring SLAs, vendor contracts, and service quality.

Maintain proportionate IT governance, cybersecurity, access controls, and technology risk frameworks.

Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and change adoption.

Proven track record in senior Business Transformation, Process Architecture, or Program Management roles.

Strong background mapping business processes and implementing/optimizing core enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Supply Chain).

Experience managing outsourced IT service providers, vendor performance, and basic IT risk/governance frameworks.

Practical experience leading M&A operational integrations, ideally within multi-site, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.

Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills, with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering; Lean, Six Sigma, or Project/Change Management credentials are a plus.
