Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in Clare to appoint an ESG Reporting & Data Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, established organisation and play a key role in supporting their sustainability strategy through data, reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG and sustainability data
- Prepare and maintain accurate sustainability reports
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools and visual insights using Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Analyse sustainability performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track key sustainability KPIs
- Collaborate with various teams across the organisation
- Support ESG reporting requirements, frameworks and sustainability initiatives.
- Assist with the preparation of management reports and presentations.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to improve sustainability data collection and reporting processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5+ years' experience in a relevant area such as finance reporting, audit, ESG/sustainability, data analytics, environmental reporting or similar.
- Experience working within a large organisation
- Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel capability and experience with Power BI or similar
- Experience working with data accuracy, controls, reporting processes or compliance environments.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
