Job Title: Maintenance Electrician (Manufacturing)

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing client in County Cavan to recruit an experienced Trade-Qualified Electrician. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated electrical professional looking to join a dynamic production environment and contribute to ongoing plant reliability and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant machinery and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and swiftly resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to pre-determined guidelines.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility electrical services.
• Ensure all work complies strictly with site Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Requirements

• Trade-Qualified Electrician (SOLAS / National Craft Certificate or recognized equivalent).
• Previous hands-on experience working in a high-volume manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG environment.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
