The Role
The Business Development Executive - North America will play a key role in executing Ei Electronics' international growth strategy. This position is ideally suited to recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in international business, market entry, and strategic partnerships.
Through structured international assignments, you will gain first-hand exposure to the North American market and support the development, launch, and expansion of the Ei brand across this high-growth region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify new commercial opportunities
- Support the planning and execution of market-entry and expansion strategies across North America
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the supply chain
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals, tenders, and presentations
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Travel extensively, including extended international placements to gain deep market insight
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years' experience in business development, sales, consulting, or international trade
- MBA (completed or in progress) is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable working in cross-cultural and international environments
- High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel or relocate internationally
