Job Description

Experienced Office Administrator required to oversee the day to day operations of our clients office, based in Waterford.

If you are an experienced Administrator looking for a part-time position, that requires you to work five mornings a week (9am-2pm) in Waterford, this role could be for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and inputting information
  • Managing inbox
  • Updating databases
  • Cross checking information
  • Following up with Key internal and external stakeholders
  • Processing Payroll
  • VAT/ RCT
  • BAnk Reconciliations

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2/3 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word/ Excel
  • Previous experience with Sage 50
  • A positive attitude towards work
  • Strong interpersonal skills
