Experienced Office Administrator required to oversee the day to day operations of our clients office, based in Waterford.
If you are an experienced Administrator looking for a part-time position, that requires you to work five mornings a week (9am-2pm) in Waterford, this role could be for you!
- Processing and inputting information
- Managing inbox
- Updating databases
- Cross checking information
- Following up with Key internal and external stakeholders
- Processing Payroll
- VAT/ RCT
- BAnk Reconciliations
- Minimum 2/3 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word/ Excel
- Previous experience with Sage 50
- A positive attitude towards work
- Strong interpersonal skills
