Help Desk Support Analyst

Help Desk Support Analyst - Waterford

Morgan McKinley are working with a client in Waterford who is actively looking for a strong Help Desk Support Analyst to join their IT team. They are looking for an energetic and passionate IT Engineer to come on board and support internal and client IT issues. The successful candidate will be prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Resolves support tickets and issues via phone, email and ticketing system.
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved.
  • Hit SLA, first-time-fix and quality assurance targets.
  • Identify and understand the business needs of the affiliates and take appropriate decisions.
  • Practice strong professionalism with clients at all times and represent the company at all times.
  • Take pride in maintaining documentation and information needed.

Qualifications for the role:

  • 1 - 3 years' experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • 1 - 3 years' experience working with modern ERP/CRM applications.
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Experience working with a ticketing system - Preferably JIRA
  • Experience in e-Commerce and web environments - essential.
  • Experience in providing strong application support - Essential
