Senior Field Based Consultant - Banking | Permanent| - Midlands Territory (Portlaoise/Tullamore/Mullingar) A leading Retail bank is looking to build out their field consulting team
And looking for a motivated financial services sales professional to join their team for this exciting role.
The purpose of this role will be to seek out new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships. Working closely with the territory team you will present a range of Personal and SME banking products tailored to the needs of the customer.
Review and agree a sales and service strategy plan to ensure KPIs are achieved
Following up on referrals and generating new leads to grow out the customer base
Be an integral part of the local community and service the surrounding customer base
Work closely and collaboratively with the branch network
Develop and manage an agreed portfolio of introducers, to maintain customer relationships
and to increase revenue.
Improve customer experience for new and existing customers, to lead to an increase of
uptake on products and long-term customer retention and growth.
Full Valid Driver's Licence
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements policies and procedures
Full knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures and regulatory controls
relating to the business.
Have proven experience in retail finance sales and service.
Know how to approach business development
