Outbound Growth Specialist - Remote working

Morgan McKinley are the exclusive recruitment partner of one of Irelands leading up and coming tech companies, we are searching for a talented Outbound Growth Specialist, who can work remotely or be based in the Cork office. This person is responsible for the coordination and execution of the personalized and scalable outbound sales campaign strategies with a focus on the mid to enterprise B2B market. The role will be a key contributor to the creation of new leads and sales opportunities across all outbound channels.

The role:

  • Measure and evaluate sales data to determine the effectiveness of a product, sales process, or campaign.
  • Execute and improve digital outbound campaigns in partnership with sales and marketing to generate a predictable pipeline of meetings, demos, and new customers.
  • Responsible for operating and enhancing current sales automation (Ex. Email and Linkedin)
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and segmentation to maximize ROI. Manage, analyze, and optimize data for a growing database of 15,000+records.
  • Use internal performance data, along with external market and competitor research, to craft sales campaigns and messaging.
  • A/B Test to improve current campaigns, iterate and bring about positive results, month on month
  • Develop a deep understanding of the buyer persona and buying journey matching our sales automation to meet our prospects where they are
  • Report to leadership on data insights and make recommendations for improvements
  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Solutions to continuously improve outcomes
  • Manage sales intelligence tools and external data partners for quality and outcomes
  • Build and manage our campaign framework & hierarchy to optimize reporting accuracy
  • Ensure all campaign elements launch on time and without issues

The person:

  • 2/3 years' experience as business development representative or account executive in IT sales
  • Strong knowledge of Tech Stacks
  • Experience as a Sales Enablement advisor, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops is preferable also.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English
