We are hiring Graduates for an initial fixed term contract opportunity to work in an Administrative capacity for our Client based in Naas, Co. Kildare.

We are hiring Graduates for an initial fixed term contract opportunity to work in an Administrative capacity for our Client based in Naas, Co. Kildare. You will need to have access to a Car for travel purposes and possess an accompanying EU passport, Stamp 1G Visa or a Stamp 4 Visa.

You will be inputting patient data for Covid 19 testing. Once the samples come in, you will scan the barcode on the sample which will then upload into the National Virus Software Programme. You will then need to check all the populated fields to ensure the data is correct.

Night Shift:

  • Initially 5 consecutive days out of 7 - you may have the same 2 days off each week or this could change. You will need to be flexible across all 7 days of the week for this.

Person requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail is essential

  • Good PC skills - strong Excel/Word skills and IT proficiency in MS Office.

  • Flexibility to work the required hours - someone who just wants to work Monday-Friday each week is not going to be suitable, so you need to be flexible across all 7 days of the week. You will know your hours in advance so can plan around this.

  • Some previous experience of working in an Administrative role.

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any Business, HRM or Administration related field is required.
