Working with a cutting edge SAAS company, I am looking to speak with Business Analysts who are looking to kick their career forward with the latest in innovative technology.
You will play a pivitol role in the company where you will liaise with key clients and stakeholders to elicit business requirements. This is a permanent role sitting within the PMO function of the business.
Gather requirements for stakeholders and clients and translate these for developers.
Work closely with the developers, clients and stakeholders throughout the course of each project to ensure client requirements are fully documented, communicated, understood and successfully delivered.
Propose solutions for clients.
Prepare, document, and implement activities for the deployment phase of each assigned project, including client training/demo sessions, workshops, focus groups, user guide documentation and internal knowledge share.
Document requirements in a clear, unambiguous, and testable manner (i.e., acceptance criteria).
High level reporting.
Document user stories.
Collaborate with the Product and Development team .
Actively participating in presentations and demonstrations to both existing and potential clients.
Building an excellent relationship with all stakeholders and own peers. Being the point of contact to ensure blockers and issues are identified and resolved.
Capture and track feedback from the end users for future application development.
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
Experience in Microsoft or Sharepoint
Experienced in defining and documenting high level and detailed requirements and specifications.
Strong reporting experience.
Experience with work management tools such are Jira, Confluence etc..
Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and client facing skills.
Strong team player and motivated to work on your own initiative.
Ability to anticipate and communicate blockers, conflicts, and obstacles.
Experience in a Software Product Development company or healthcare company an advantage
This role allows for flexibility with remote working and will involve occasion travel to be on-site with clients.
