Seeking Transformation Change Managers with S/4 HANA project delivery experience

SAP S/4 HANA Change Manager

Contract, Dublin City Centre

Global Professional Services Organisation are seeking Change Managers with experience working on S/4 HANA Transformations for upcoming internal and client projects. Key duties will include designing change impact assessments, mitigation planning, readiness, communication, training delivery etc.

The ideal candidates will have

  • Solid change management experience, excellent knowledge of change framework and SAP S/4 HANA Project Delivery experience.
  • Experience working with clients who have had ERP challenges with regards to adoption or business enablement is beneficial
  • The ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation from end users up to C level
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodology - project management, ITIL or other relevant certifications are highly beneficial
  • A customer centric attitude and the proven ability to deliver high profile projects within a large organisation
  • Experience in business case planning and financial management.
  • Strong Presentation Skills.
  • Change Management Certification such as PROSCI, KOTTER, CCMP etc. is highly beneficial
  • SAP S/4 HANA Project Management certification is beneficial
  • Fluency in a 2nd European language is nice to have
