Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager for our client, one of the leading manufacturers of high efficiency solar panels specialised energy companies. You will be joining a company at the very cutting edge of the transition of businesses to renewable energy.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the import and re-sale of the goods (solar modules), in strict cooperation with our clients controlling office.
- Researching and developing sales and marketing opportunities and plans, understanding client requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting improvements.
- Liaise, facilitate and manage container shipments to the eurozone.
- Interaction with the central office and high responsiveness to carry out the whole import process
- Meeting monthly targets and KPI's.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Lead and manage the development of high value business opportunities.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities, managing clients and wider stakeholder relationships to secure contracts and partnerships with target public and private sector organisations.
- Communicate complex and strategic company offerings to clients, partners, etc.
- Responsible for contributing to the annual sales targets for the company.
- Promoting the company's existing offerings and introducing new offerings to the market
- Keeping up to date in the industry by attending webinars, conferences, etc. and maintaining personal and professional networks, continue to enhance selling skills and technical knowledge.
- Increase customer satisfaction through improved communication and turnaround time.
Requirements
- Experience selling solar solutions to industrial/commercial customers
- Highly experienced networker - connected and able to build and manage diverse relationships with a wide group of stakeholders
- Degree or qualification in Engineering or related technical discipline is an advantage.
- Strong Experience in Microsoft Office, and CRM applications.
- Excellent organisational and project planning skills.
Personality
- Proven self-starter and self-motivated.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid Full Drivers License.
