This Global SaaS company is looking for a German Sales Development Rep to join their rapidly growing Multicultural team. They are seeking innovative and diverse individuals to help them grow their customer base. The successful candidate will play a part in scaling out the company's sales presence in the DACH Region. You will thrive in a fast paced environment where things change quickly. You will be extremely ambitious and a strong team player who is confident seeking and providing assistance to others.
Efficiently manage your sales pipeline of inbound leads.
Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
Transition qualified leads to senior sales teams.
Make 50-100 calls per day.
Run discovery calls, collecting critical information.
Answer questions about platform features.
Manage your daily/weekly call schedule, ensuring all inbound leads are promptly followed up.
Fluent in English & German
At least one year of sales experience (experience selling a SaaS product would be an advantage)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
A positive, highly motivated, target driven individual.
An inquisitive nature and a passion for understanding what makes a prospects business successful and/or unsuccessful.
An ambitious individual who is receptive to coaching and eager to learn and progress their career.
