Job Description

Regulatory Change Manager - 8+ years' experience in within Financial Services, Consulting/Advisory experience preferred An applied understanding of prudential regulatory requirements and expectations

Morgan McKinley is delighted to partner with a global Financial Services company who are seeking to recruit a Senior Manager to the team in their Dublin office.

As Regulatory Change Programme Manager you will;

  • Lead projects to deliver results for clients within agreed deadlines and budgets
  • Manage teams of resources on multiple assignments running simultaneously
  • Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations
  • Oversee and deliver formal and informal reports and presentations
  • Lead, prepare and present compelling proposals for new client work
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve project and career objectives

Essential Skills:

  • 8+ years' experience in within Financial Services, Consulting/Advisory experience preferred
  • An applied understanding of prudential regulatory requirements and expectations under the Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM)
  • Detailed knowledge of the supervisory review and evaluation process (SREP), as well as ICAAP, ILAAP, EBA/ECB Stress Testing, Asset Quality Review (AQR)
  • Technical knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements under the Basel Framework, Capital
  • Requirements Directive, Capital Requirements Regulation, Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive, Solvency II, FRTB, TRIM
  • Project / programme management experience, qualifications such as Prince2 desirable but not essential
  • Experience in managing teams of resources on multiple assignments running simultaneously
  • Overseeing and delivering formal and informal reports and presentations
  • Leading, preparing and presenting compelling proposals for new client work
  • An applied understanding of prudential regulatory requirements and expectations under the Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM)
  • Formal PM Qualification
