Job Description

Our Client a Leading technology Company based in Dublin is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the team on a contract basis!

You will be responsible for leading Ireland's Brand and Reputation strategy, in collaboration with multiple teams across the Company. The goal of Brand & Reputation is to positively shift brand sentiment amongst key opinion formers and key target audiences. This role will cover the full range of marketing disciplines from building a strategy that reflects the business needs, external environment and needs of users through to executing campaigns (events, scaled email, print and digital media) that align to the Companies core brand and messaging priorities. Specific focus will be on helping the Irish economy recover from the impact of Covid-19 through our Economic Recovery initiatives.

Responsibilities:

* Strategy development:

o Working cross functionally, define Ireland's Brand and Reputation strategy, ensure this aligns to our external PR and policy narratives.

o Leverage research, market knowledge and industry reports to shape and define the strategy.

* Internal communication:

o Participate in weekly meetings to update key stakeholders on progress and manage competing priorities across working groups.

o Ensure regular updates are shared across the Leadership team.

* Economic Recovery:

o Manage digital skills training programme ensuring the website is kept up to date and optimised; manage paid media campaigns to drive traffic to the website and increase the number of trained users

o Manage all training events run by both the Company and our partners; ensure event registration sites are set up, registration and attendance is driven through scaled email and through Partner channels e.g. social

o Develop and launch strategic partnerships to drive scale as well as cut-through with key opinion formers; manage our agency training partners in supporting these partnerships

o Run digital and print media campaigns to drive awareness and impact; work with our creative agency teams to develop creative that is on brand; work with our media planning agency teams to set up and deliver ATL campaigns

o Work with our Ads Marketing teams to drive awareness and usage of tools and products

* Family Safety:

o Work closely with the policy team to ensure key opinion formers and regulators are aware of tools and offerings that support a safe online environment for children

Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory

  • BA/ MA degree of equivalent working experience;
  • Strong track record of project management and excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to take complex topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences;
  • Strong creative judgment, preferably with experience with ATL and brand content campaigns;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and enjoy working in a fast-changing environment.
