We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Transformation Manager with a leading multinational based in Dublin City Centre.

This is a hands-on role, partnering with key clients on various payroll projects such as transformation, global payroll strategy, mergers and acquisitions, seamless flow, software & ERP integration, and solutions, amongst other exciting project initiatives! You will guide your clients through the process, providing a first in class service and client tailored solutions, through your vast payroll knowledge and expertise.

A bit about you…

    • Experience managing end to end Payroll Transformation projects, including the design, development & implementation of payroll operating model and technology solutions
    • Experience in one or more of the following areas: payroll advisory, functional payroll experience, workforce analytics, payroll vendor selection and management and payroll strategy
    • Experience and knowledge of project management, change management and agile principles, methodologies, and tools
    • Payroll technology market knowledge with experience in ADP, Ceridian and SAP/ Oracle
    • Ability to actively contribute to the development of the transformation team, leading proposals, identifying opportunities in existing and new clients, further enhancing the company's brand.
    • Experience with management of teams, ability to work collaboratively and achieve results through others
    • Experience building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships, working effectively at all levels in an organisation
    • Prior Big 4 Consulting experience would be a distinct advantage with/or significant roles in delivering Payroll Transformation projects in Blue Chip organisations
    • IPASS relevant qualifications
    • Minimum of 8-10 years relevant bureau or inhouse payroll experience
