Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to join this international tobacco product manufacturer as their Nicotine Pouch Brand Manager.

Duration: Permanent
Location: Dublin / Hybrid
As Brand Manager, the incumbent is accountable & responsible for developing and implementing the Nicotine Pouch (NP) brand portfolio and pricing plans and achieving KPIs aligned to agreed objectives for the relevant planning cycle.
The incumbent also plays a central role in consulting on the translation of the marketing strategy and associated objectives, and the subsequent planning process, with the main focus and input on the role of NP brand portfolio and pricing.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of all NP brand portfolio and pricing plans that are clearly aligned to the achievement of the overall NP objectives and marketing strategy. Assume full responsibility for the day to day management of all projects, collaborating with key stakeholders (NPD, Finance, Legal, M&S etc), preparing project updates & ensuring compliance with internal policies & procedures including BAP's & Memo's.
- As brand custodian liaise with Brand Groups & 3rd party agencies to ensure the appropriate translation and adaptation of global brand identity guidelines for the Irish market. Consult with local M&S colleagues to advise on the development of the full spectrum of trade and consumer communication assets to achieve & maintain an impactful visual presence for our NP portfolio in a consistent manner across all key touchpoints.
- In conjunction with the SIM and CEM, closely monitor market/consumer dynamics, competitive threats & emerging category opportunities that may inform recommendations to protect & strengthen the company's NP portfolio. In conjunction with SIM, CEM and Commercial Planning, develop clear KPIs and ROI/ROO targets across projects. Monitor and report on these regularly and proactively, to understand their ongoing contribution to the achievement of the overall NP objectives and marketing strategy.
- Responsible for timely communication of detailed portfolio plans & projects and sharing of relevant updates to Cycle Planning stakeholders (both inside and outside formal meetings) to ensure full collaboration, visibility and alignment of all NP activities. Consulting with Cycle Planning Manager & other relevant stakeholders, co-ordinate the development of all required presentations & documents in line with agreed timelines.
- Responsible for the day to day management of the full NP Portfolio budget ensuring all spend is in line with A&SP or LE expectations. Manage the creation & Goods Receipting of all Purchase Orders and, in collaboration with key stakeholders, monitor & report all internal cross charges. Monitor spend on monthly basis & provide timely communication of any significant variances vs, plan. Responsible for all re-phasing exercises in line with financial processes and as requested.
Requirements
- University graduate; degree in Marketing a plus
- 5+ year experience in Brand and/or Trade Marketing (preferably FMCG)
- Fluent English - strong communication skills (presenting, written and spoken)
- Commercial and financial acumen and experience essential Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Passion and ability to demonstrate initiative, excellent problem-solving skills, with a 'can do' attitude Ability to work effectively under pressure, planning, prioritising and handling multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines Strong Project Manager
