NetOps Infrastructure Lead
This role is an exciting and challenging opportunity to monitor/manage the network infrastructure of multiple SaaS based offerings. The focus of the role is to work directly with our Business Partners and NetOps team to support their customer needs relating to Access Management, Health Monitoring and Security Compliance of their systems. This worldwide infrastructure requires a candidate with strong server skills, understanding large network architecture and the ability to liaise directly with customers.
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be supporting the NetOps team and interacting directly with our customers, including Business Partners and internal IBM product teams, to provide a highly available service.
