A leading health services organisation & hospital group is looking for a HR Technology Executive to join their growing team.
This is a projects orientated role suited to candidates with a strong background in HR System Implementations and HR projects. The role will be focused on supporting the implementation of a new Human Capital Management system by working closely with the HCM Project Manager and other internal and external stakeholders. Day to day activities include;
Maintain project co-ordination, implementation and documentation while ensuring a strict adherence to project plan and timelines.
Adhere to clear terms of reference (ToR) for User Acceptance Testing, documentation related to controls, security and segregation of duties to ensure that the vendors clearly understand BSHS needs.
Support the Project Manager in preparing a schedule and track the activities that will adequately account for implementation of controls identified in BSHS processes.
Prepare weekly status reports from the project team, analyse results and trouble shoot problem areas.
Document and manage a suitable project plan to ensure that overall timelines, as specified in this document, are adhered to and ensure the project is implemented according to project scope, goals and deliverables that support the delivery of the HCM project.
Contribute to the submission of key documents and the delivery of the key stages of the project including the various modules within the given timeframe.
Extensive experience and knowledge in HR management system and system implementations.
Highly developed oral, written, presentation and leadership skills, with the ability to develop, communicate and gain ownership for a clear vision and direction.
Degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience in HCM systems Softworks & Workday.
