Group Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Dublin South

Salary: €50,000- 60,000

Reporting to the Head of HR the Group Talent Acquisition Manager will play a leading role in developing,
implementing and driving the recruitment strategy throughout the group with an absolute focus on the
candidate experience and our employer brand whilst partnering with key stakeholders in Ireland &the UK. Apply Today!

  • The Role:
  • Form strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enable informed, data-driven decisions that result in hiring top talent into the organisation
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Design and develop the resourcing strategy for the group, and support the hotels in the group to understand the recruitment process
  • Creation and delivery of brand attraction plans, projects and initiatives to support the employer brand in Ireland and the UK
  • Identify sourcing methods through the appropriate channels and ensure the employer brand is attractive and up to date in the candidate market
  • Research and introduce relevant innovative developments to support the attraction of talent, including social media
  • Manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders and have the ability to establish a smooth talent attraction process across the organisation
  • Full management of our internal ATS system
  • Manage and drive efficiencies in all recruitment related processes with a clear focus on continuous improvement, diversity & inclusion, employer branding and candidate experience

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience working in a strategic HR or resourcing role. Hotel HR experience and working
  • across multi sites is desired but not essential
  • A relevant 3 rd level qualification
  • A passion for finding the right person for the job and supporting teams to do the same
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in working with end-to-end recruitment life cycle, career websites, LinkedIn, online job
    boards and automated recruitment systems
  • Provide evidence of success in working with a wide range of stakeholders and partners to achieve
    agreed recruitment objectives
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
