Direct Business Banking Sales Advisor

Your Role:

As a Direct Business Banking Sales Advisor, you will provide advice and assistance to our business customers to enable them to achieve their financial goals.

This is managed through inbound and outbound interactions through our various communication channels, together with responding to and executing various online applications.

You will be expected to build out Business Banking excellence by developing a portfolio approach with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact and build relationships with customers and other partners while operating within agreed service level agreements
  • Interact with customers through a blend of communication channels
  • Provide advice to customers on products/services that meet their financial needs
  • Conducting financial analysis and preparing required credit assessment reports & recommendations
  • Respond to and execute online applications
  • Research relevant business information while complying with relevant regulations, policies and procedures
  • Work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Measure key performance indicators to ensure you meet agreed performance objectives

Requirements:

Essential:

  • APA Loans qualified is a minimum requirement
  • Understanding of sales systems and processes
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications - minimum Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook

Desired:

  • QFA Qualified
  • Experience analysing company financial statements
  • Previous telephony / call centre experience

Please note flexibility is a requirement of this role, working hours would be 37.5 hours per week on a shift pattern basis (contact centre is currently open from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm Friday and 10.00am to 2.00pm Saturday, subject to change)
