This Sales Marketing and Distribution company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who is available immediately on for a Temporary contract (possibility of Permanent position to follow).

Role: Customer Marketing Manager

Location: Dublin 15

Duration: Temp (with possibility to go Perm)

Salary: €35-45k

This Sales, Marketing and Distribution company is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of customer marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track all aspects of brand performance.

  • Manage brand principle relationships.

  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team to plan, coordinate and evaluate trade marketing activations.

  • Customer engagement; support new and key accounts; developing comprehensive sales decks on insights and trade marketing proposals.

  • Sales enablement, educate the sales team on best in class tools.

  • Develop and source brand support materials.

  • Agency and supplier management.

  • Monthly and quarterly sales, distribution and marketing reports.

Requirements:

  • Third level qualification in Business/Marketing or other related fields.

  • 4 + years experience in FMCG, ideally in distribution in the food sector.

  • An analytically minded individual who is proficient in PowerBI, Excel and SAP.
  • Digital marketing and brand building experience.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • A commercial and creative marketeer with proven success managing several brands.

  • Proven experience in developing actionable brand insights from consumer and market data.

  • Proficiency in using Business Information programs to create and track brand performance reporting.

  • A self-motivated and results orientated team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Excellent multitasking,organisational and presentation skills.

  • Budget management experience.
