This leading Global professional services company is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious CRM specialist to join their growing team. Manage and maintain the Dynamics CRM application that enables the day-to-day operation of the company's client management activities.
Become the 'go to' expert on Dynamics. Facilitate in-house training and provide support on Dynamics functionality.
Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure CRM is fit for purpose.
Provide data analysis and propose improvements in usability, functionality and enhancements to the senior management team.
Keep up to date on the latest processes and technologies on the market.
Manage, develop and test the leads and opportunities functionality.
Troubleshoot issues and manage the dedicated mailbox, provide recommendations, and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with company's policies and GDPR.
Act as an ambassador to drive usage, increase efficiency and deliver on strategic objectives.
6 + years' experience in CRM strategy and planning, at least 3 years in Dynamics, ideally within Professional Services or a large Corporate organisation.
Experienced in data analytics and PowerBI. Proven experience in analysing data and delivering insights.
Excellent knowledge of data management and experience in data quality processes.
Demonstrated experience in facilitating training sessions to wide audiences.
Excellent understanding of all aspects of marketing as well as business/commercial acumen.
A proactive, self motivated and results oriented individual with experience working several projects at once, meeting tight deadlines.
Strong communication, influencing and strategic decision making skills.
Excellent networking, relationship-building and senior stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and a passion for high quality work.
