Job Description

This is a super opportunity for a highly skilled Marketing professional to join highly established Irish Broadcaster as their CRM Executive.

Role: CRM Executive

Location: Dublin

Duration: 6 months

The CRM role will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. This client is looking for a hands-on CRM Executive to work within the marketing team who is responsible for managing and executing data driven marketing campaigns through a variety of channels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth and success of the company's data driven marketing strategy across the organization.
  • Use multiple channels to recruit and engage the audience database.
  • Manage creative & data execution across our CRM campaigns.
  • Work closely with multiple teams across the company including; editorial and content teams, product owners and designers as well as external agencies to manage the CRM execution effectively.
  • Implement data driven marketing campaigns using CRM Automation tool - Xtreme Push or similar product.
  • Support in the ongoing maintenance and data structure within our CRM Tool Xtreme Push - working with our development team and external providers to facilitate.
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of our CRM campaigns - providing regular performance reports to multiple teams across the company and infiltrate learnings back into our CRM strategy.

Requirements

  • A third level qualification in digital marketing or similar combined with 3+ years' experience in a consumer facing digital media environment - agency or client side.
  • Strong proven knowledge and success in executing data driven marketing campaigns using Xtreme Push or a similar provider is essential - including the ability to build, execute and analyze campaigns within the product.
  • Knowledge of the back end of CRM systems such as Xtreme Push and ability to work with development and analyst teams on set up and maintenance
  • Proficient in CRM best practices for creating audience-focused communications
  • Excellent content generation skills to include copy writing, imagery and graphic design.
  • Ability to manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative skills with a sharp eye for design and basic Photoshop skills are a plus.
  • Successful experience analyzing campaigns - measuring performance against KPIs and developing insights.
