A key client of ours now has an opening for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join their organisation with an immediate start available.
The primary objective of the role involves travelling to customer sites, inspecting and reviewing existing manufacturing and process equipment and making recommendations around supply, quality and new product introductions.
Travel to customer sites nationally.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
Work cross functionally with internal sales teams, suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify emerging trends and develop new product opportunities to increase the companies market share.
Attend conferences and trade shows to promote the companies brand.
Provide technical support to customers post product sale.
Qualification in a technical discipline such as engineering, preferably mechanical or process.
Experience in a technical sales role, working with instrumentation such as valves, pumps, pressure vessels, process equipment etc.
Full, Clean Irish driving license is essential for travel purposes.
