We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly driven Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join a leading Cork company. This temporary role for an 8 month period with an immediate start.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly driven Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join a leading Cork company. This temporary role for an 8 month period with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the day to day payroll tasks as directed by the Payroll Manager.
  • Coordinate Payroll closes as directed by Payroll Manager.
  • Completing and Co-ordinating tax year ends as directed by Payroll Manager.
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding the administration of benefits and pay.
  • Engage in European Payroll and Benefits Projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with business partners to ensure optimum solutions are implemented for Benefits Administration and Payroll
  • Collaborate with Compliance, GPS & our External Payroll Service Provider to become an expert on payroll.
  • Keep up to date on all changes to the benefits & pay environment.
  • Work closely with local Payroll Vendors, Store Managers, HR, Compliance, Systems teams and any other relevant business partners to ensure all issues are addressed and resolutions put in place in a timely manner.
  • Review current processes and identify areas for efficiencies and implement improvements, with constant drive to streamline processes as much as possible.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including influencing
    ability to encourage innovation.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills/proficient at Excel, Tableau, keynote.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, managing quality with quantity, meeting tight deadlines and an ability to quickly adjust to changes is essential.
  • Experience in dealing with UAE, KSA and South Africa would be an advantage.
