Part time QFA Banking & Finance Administrator

The Opportunity:

An exciting and rewarding opportunity now exists for a QFA Qualified Banking & Finance Administrator in Cork on a part time basis. You will join a hardworking team as an administrator with flexible part time hours. You will be assisting with the day to day running of our client's busy financial advisory firm.

Personal Profile:

  • QFA qualification Required
  • 8+ years minimum experience in Banking
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, major attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills and high-level networking and relationship building experience is essential as you will be dealing with clients on a daily basis over email and on the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a dedicated, professional, prompt and personable service to all existing clients
  • Be fully aware of clients who have funds maturing and of all available opportunities for re-investment.
  • Ensure that all existing clients are happy with the service to the point where they would happily recommend it to peers.
  • Assist on an administration capacity across the business in terms of memos, presentations and proposals.
