Life and Pensions Administrator

 

The Opportunity:

 

An exciting and rewarding opportunity now exists for an experienced Life and Pensions Administrator. You will join a hardworking team as an administrator where your main role will be looking after the company's existing client base whilst also assisting our Financial Advisors with the day to day running of our Client's busy brokerage.

 

 

Personal Profile:

 

  • QFA qualification
  • 3+ years minimum experience in Life and Pensions administration
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, major attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills and high level networking and relationship building experience is essential as you will be dealing with clients on a daily basis over email and on the phone.
  • Knowledge of the different pension provider websites and systems would be an advantage but not a necessity.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide a dedicated, professional, prompt and personable service to all existing clients to cover the annual review process and all queries or adjustments that arise in relation to their policies in the interim.
  • Identify and develop an efficient system of managing the information to ensure the successful implementation of the above service.
  • Be fully aware of clients who have funds maturing and of all available opportunities for re-investment.
  • Ensure that all existing clients are happy with the service to the point where they would happily recommend it to peers.
  • Keep up to date with market movements and market outlooks provided by insurance companies as this information is important to existing clients.
  • Ensure the highest client service standards are achieved and maintained in a fully compliant manner.
  • Ensuring that all new business, office procedures and client files meet the standards laid out by the Central Bank.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager in the efficient running of the office and providing weekly updates to the Operations Manager re workload and other relevant progress reports.
