I am looking to speak with highly skilled and experienced Information Security contractors about a new contract opportunity that has just come available.
This contract position is based with a client based in Cork, who are looking for a highly experienced Information Security analyst to join their expanding team.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead/manage the Corporate Clients security process, including negotiate contracts, complete and assist security questionnaires, coordinate/facilitate security audits, support on various general enquiries.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders to manage security requests across the organization through a ticketing system.
Drive and manage the implementation of the Information security exception process.
Assist on the development of the 3rd party audit framework. Facilitate and conduct 3rd party security audits and risk assessments in alignment with the new framework.
Support the information security awareness program. Assist on investigations as part of the Phishing process.
Degree in Computer Science, information security, business or related field.
5+ years in information security, or auditing experience, preferred CISSP, CISM, CISA or ISO 27001 certifications.
Knowledge on risk management and information security controls.
Familiar with compliance regulation, IT, security framework, and best practices industry standards (i.e. ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, COBIT, etc).
Experience conducting security audits and risk assessments.
Experience building policies and processes to minimise information security risks.
Desirable knowledge of Data protection, Privacy (compliance with GDPR).
