The Requirement

Datalex was seeking to appoint a highly experienced VP of Engineering who would report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The successful candidate would play a critical role in leading and managing Datalex’s diverse, geographically dispersed engineering team, ensuring the effective delivery of world-class SaaS products for enterprise clients. This leadership role required someone who could guide the strategic vision for the company’s technical direction, optimize engineering operations, and oversee the successful delivery of projects.
