Responsibilities
- Direct agile scrum teams to deliver quality products on schedule and within budget.

Ensure compliance with agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to establish project scope and objectives.

Organize and conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Oversee timelines, risks, and resources, while tracking progress for transparency and accountability.
Skills Reqd

Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager with a strong grasp of agile and traditional methodologies.

Required Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM, CSM, SAFe); Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with experience using agile/project management tools.
