Our client is a highly innovative, forward-thinking enterprise currently expanding its digital transformation efforts. They are seeking a highly capable Lead to spearhead a dedicated Agile/Scrum team focused entirely on AI initiatives.
Role Overview
In this dynamic role, you will lead a specialized AI Scrum team and act as the bridge between technology and business users. You will directly manage and mentor a team of junior members, providing comprehensive day-to-day support to users ranging from the working level up to Team Heads. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver who can identify operational pain points, design workflows, and implement practical solutions utilizing the latest AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a dedicated AI Scrum team, providing direct guidance to junior members.
Act as the primary point of contact for user support, identifying workflow pain points and designing effective, technology-driven solutions.
Provide hands-on implementation and deployment of software solutions, heavily relying on AI tools and applications to build out the final product.
Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, communicating and presenting solutions to users at all levels (from operational staff to Team Heads).
Work closely with various IT teams, business units and vendors to ensure alignment of initiatives.
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in delivering solutions for software applications or IT projects.
A few years of leadership experience is highly preferred, along with a proven track record of executing and deploying projects.
Experience using AI tools to build and deploy solutions is preferred; familiarity with AI Copilots is a strong advantage, though candidates with experience using other AI tools will also be considered.
Experience in mid to large scale digital development projects, ideally with technical know-how using different technologies.
Strong leadership skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
