Responsibilities
- Formulate and apply sales strategies and action plans to surpass revenue targets
- Maintain strong connections with key client stakeholders, including ship owners, ship management companies etc.
- Organize and conduct client visits, generate reports, and gather feedback to refine approaches
- Share leads, insights, and competitive intelligence with internal teams
- Oversee order processing and delivery, addressing support escalations as needed
- Manage account receivables and complete designated projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, marine or business
- 3-5 years of experience within the marine, shipping, or offshore industries
- Product knowledge of ship equipment, spare parts, ship new-built or total service
- Highly fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, mature and collaborative candidate
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills
