Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising Execution: Develop and implement in-store visual merchandising concepts aligned with brand standards and seasonal campaigns. Organize product displays, window setups, and point-of-sale materials. Supervise production and quality control of printed materials. Visit retail locations to set up displays and ensure timely execution.
Graphic Design: Design and modify graphic assets, including digital invitations, event visuals, and point-of-sale images. Maintain organized archives of artwork files.
Brand Representation and Training: Train in-store staff on visual merchandising and product presentation best practices. Oversee branded stationery and conduct quality checks with vendors.
Planning, Coordination, and Collaboration: Collaborate with retail, marketing, and sales teams on product launches, events, and promotions. Coordinate with agencies and logistics for timely asset delivery. Communicate with headquarters and suppliers about visual materials and display fixtures.
Analysis, Improvement, and Reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising through store audits and sales analysis. Gather feedback to enhance in-store execution and prepare visit reports for management.
Stock and Display Management: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure optimal product placement and visual elements. Manage inventory of fixtures, props, and display materials. Update CRM and project databases. Support other departments as needed.
