Senior Sales Manager (Health), Insurance

Responsibilities

• Conduct product training to agents to ensure they have adequate knowledge to effectively sell the health and critical illness insurance products
• Assist agents with complex policy inquiries, coverage explanations, and claims support for our health and critical illness products
• Analyse product performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements or agent training improvements
• Other ad hoc tasks as per required

Requirements

• Degree Holder
• A minimum of 10 years of experiences in insurance and financial services with relevant experience in Insurance Health products
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Manager
