Senior Project Manager, Renewable Energy

Responsibilities

• Act as the owner's representative to provide comprehensive oversight of major EPC contractors, ensuring effective control over contract performance, construction planning, quality, HSE, schedule, and cost.
• Review and approve critical EPC deliverables, such as construction organization plans, baseline schedules, quality management plans, HSE plans, and risk registers.
• Conduct regular meetings with EPC contractors to monitor the progress of construction.
• Provide on-site and remote oversight of the construction to ensure the construction activities are compliance with contract, standards and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Maintain relationships with external parties to protect owner interests and corporate reputation.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in EPC construction of utility-scale solar, wind, or storage projects in SEA.
• Overseas project exposure and prior collaboration with major EPC is strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of international project-management practices.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to frequent business travel.
