Act as the owner's representative to provide comprehensive oversight of major EPC contractors, ensuring effective control over contract performance, construction planning, quality, HSE, schedule, and cost.
Review and approve critical EPC deliverables, such as construction organization plans, baseline schedules, quality management plans, HSE plans, and risk registers.
Conduct regular meetings with EPC contractors to monitor the progress of construction.
Provide on-site and remote oversight of the construction to ensure the construction activities are compliance with contract, standards and regulations.
Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Maintain relationships with external parties to protect owner interests and corporate reputation.
Requirements
Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Construction Management, or related field.
10+ years' experience in EPC construction of utility-scale solar, wind, or storage projects in SEA.
Overseas project exposure and prior collaboration with major EPC is strongly preferred.
Solid knowledge of international project-management practices.
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Willingness to frequent business travel.
