Our client is a a well-established provider of after-sales engineering services with own products and manufacturing facilities. The business model focuses on supporting clients post-delivery, ensuring product performance, reliability, and satisfaction across our engineering and logistics operations. They are seeking an experienced Senior After-Sales Engineer / Tendering Specialist to strengthen customer support (after sales) and tendering functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the tendering process, preparing technical and commercial submissions.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth product delivery and installation follow-up.
- Handle client enquiries related to both engineering and purchasing matters, providing timely, accurate technical responses.
- Liaise with internal teams including factory, engineering, and procurement departments.
- Support continuous improvement across after-sales processes and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in large-scale engineering or vehicle manufacturing industries.
- Strong background in automotive, railway, or car-building environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple client demands efficiently.
