Senior Project Manager, Childcare

Responsibilities

• Partner with grantees and other strategic partners of the project to convene thought leadership and build alignment across all schools and the welfare sector participating in the projects to ensure successful delivery of the project
• Oversee the design, development and implementation of the project's intervention and evaluations. Conduct internal and external stakeholders engagement as required to ensure successful delivery of these interventions and evaluations
• Manage the strategic portfolio by overseeing other strategic Early Childhood Development initiatives
• Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
• Understand and manage renovation and fit out of child playhouses
• Other ad hoc tasks as per assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese, and preferably Mandarin
• At least 10-12 years of experience, with solid exposure of childcare or early childhood
• Understanding of Early Childhood curriculum and children's physical development is critical
• Passionate about making an impact, charity and childcare, fast learner and hands on
