About The Role
As a Senior Executive (Facilities & Administration), you'll be responsible for a full spectrum of central administration and facilities management activities such as but not limited to liaison with external parties (vendors/ contractors) for facility management related services including building services, air-conditioning & HVAC systems, and MVAC systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for a full spectrum of facilities administration responsibilities across the enterprise, for instance manage day-to-day activities related to repair and maintenance operations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties (contractors) for the review and approval of technical and material submissions
- Manage contractual obligations and perform commercial negotiations with third party service contractors for favourable terms
- Develop robust emergency and crisis management protocols and policies for the protection of HS for all members of staffs
- Administer comprehensive annual and long-term budget estimation plans for facilities services
Job Requirements
- Higher diploma or bachelor's degree holder in any relevant disciplines of studies
- Minimum 4 years of facilities administration experience, preferably all of which is obtained within a well-established corporation
- Previous experience in reviewing and approval of E&M technical/ material submissions and drawings for installation and maintenance works is highly preferable
- Individuals with a stable employment track record in Facilities & Administration within is highly preferred
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the title of Manager (Facilities & Administration)
- Immediate availability/ short notice is preferred
