IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee project deliverables, ensuring they meet agreed timelines, quality, and budget.
- Develop and manage project budgets, plans, and resources in alignment with sponsor expectations.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, reporting regularly to stakeholders and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, quality controls, and change management processes.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, third parties, and team members for smooth project execution.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment and support cross-team initiatives.

Requirements:
- 5-12 years of experience with 4+ years relevant experience in IT project management (development focused)
- Minimum 3 years of Agile methodology experience.
- Cert in PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile (SAFe, Scrum, etc.).
- Experience working with offshore developement teams is a plus.
- Strong English & Cantonese language skills (written/spoken) is required; Mandarin is a plus.
- Familiar with project management tools ie. Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Excel, MS Project, Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
