Lead the end-to-end upgrade and migration of corporate ledger systems to a SaaS platform.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, vendors) across multiple locations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, data security, and IT policies.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project issues, escalations, and resolutions.
Conduct stakeholder meetings to report on milestones, risks, and budget.
Chair Project Steering Committee meetings for strategic alignment.
Oversee data migration to ensure accuracy and minimal disruption.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and sign-off.
Enforce change control processes to maintain scope, time, and budget.
Drive operational readiness (training, documentation, go-live support).
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Proven track record in leading regional IT/finance transformation projects.
Prior experience in implementing corporate ledger systems (e.g., SunSystems) preferred.
Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams (SMEs, IT, vendors).
Excellent documentation and reporting skills (project plans, RAID logs, budgets).
Strong communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
Ability to collaborate with SMEs to resolve project challenges.
Experience in vendor management and cloud technology.
Fluency in English and Cantonese.
