    Key Responsibilities

    1. Hong Kong Retail Excellence & Revamp

    • Operational Oversight: Drive daily excellence across all HK outlets, ensuring P&L targets, hygiene standards, and premium service levels are met.

    • Store Revamp: Lead the "New Retail" transition for existing stores, optimizing floor layouts and customer flow to increase conversion.

    • Training & Culture: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for front-line staff focusing on product knowledge, storytelling, and luxury hospitality.

    2. GBA Expansion & Pop-Up Development

    • Market Entry: Identify high-traffic, strategic locations in GBA (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, etc.) for pop-up stores.

    • Project Management: Manage the end-to-end launch of pop-ups, including vendor negotiation, licensing, logistics, and visual merchandising.

    • Localization: Adapt the brand experience for the Mainland consumer while maintaining core brand integrity.

    3. Strategic Growth

    • Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights for product development and promotional calendars.

    • Foster relationships with mall landlords and local partners in both HK and Mainland China.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: At least 6+ years of experience in Retail Operations, preferably within F&B, premium confectionery

    • Regional Expertise: Proven track record of operating in the Mainland China market with a deep understanding of the GBA (Greater Bay Area) retail landscape and consumer trends.

    • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead store openings, "revamp" projects, or short-term pop-up activations from concept to execution.

    • Training & Leadership: Experience in designing and delivering staff training programs that elevate service standards and product storytelling.

    • Language Skills: Native or professional fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is mandatory for cross-border communication.

    • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with retail POS systems, inventory management software, and Mainland China's digital ecosystem (WeChat Work, Red/Xiaohongshu, etc.).

    • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive "intrapreneur" who thrives in high-growth environments and is comfortable traveling between HK and GBA cities.
