About the job
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning
Develop the organization's strategic plan, aligning it with the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Market Analysis
Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential threats to inform strategic decisions.
- Goal Setting
Define clear, measurable objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure accountability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
Drive alignment and collaboration across different departments and business units to ensure the strategy is understood and implemented effectively.
- Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and the board.
- Performance Monitoring
Continuously monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives and adapt plans based on performance data and market feedback.
- Risk Management
Identify strategic risks and work to mitigate them to support the organization's long-term success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder from a globally recognised university
- A minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience gained from large corporations
- Prior experience gained in leading management consulting firms would be a big plus
- Excellent command of Cantonese and English, ideally Mandarin
- Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical and leadership skills
