Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
12+ years of hands-on experience leading marketing, brand development, and revenue growth, ideally within e-commerce, quick-service retail, or FMCG sectors.
Experience in managing P&L and marketing budget in fast-paced ecommerce environments
Demonstrated success in navigating complex organizational structures, building alliances, and influencing stakeholders effectively.
Proven ability to inspire and grow high-calibre marketing or performance teams with measurable results.
Creative, detail-oriented collaborator with strong market awareness and a proactive, upbeat approach to emerging opportunities.
Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
