Digital Distribution & Partnerships: Maximize sales through digital channels, driving customer acquisition and enhancing distribution partner platforms to increase efficiency and productivity.
Data Analytics & Innovation: Integrate data science, AI, and machine learning to optimize underwriting, risk assessment, and decision-making.
Project Delivery & Governance: Lead large-scale digital initiatives, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, IT, marketing, and agency teams, managing external vendors and nurturing cross-functional teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder
10+ years in large insurance companies, with substantial experience in digital project management and transformation with people management exposure.
