Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Segment Management
- Define segment strategies: Analyze demographics, lifestyle data, and risk profiles to target specific groups like millennials, families, or high-net-worth individuals.
- Align with business goals: Map marketing strategies directly to the company's annual premium growth and market share targets.
- Own the customer journey: Map and optimize the end-to-end insurance buying process for each distinct customer segment.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Launch multi-channel campaigns: Oversee high-impact campaigns across digital media, television, print, and direct mail.
- Promote insurance products: Create tailored messaging for complex products like life, health, auto, or commercial insurance.
- Manage creative agencies: Direct external vendors to deliver compliance-approved, brand-consistent marketing materials.
Collaboration & Distribution Support
- Support sales channels: Build marketing toolkits, lead-generation programs, and enablement assets for insurance agents, brokers, and bancassurance partners.
- Partner with product teams: Collaborate with actuaries and product developers to refine insurance offerings based on customer feedback.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Review all campaign materials with legal teams to strictly meet local financial and insurance advertising laws.
Analytics & Budget Management
- Track campaign ROI: Monitor key performance indicators including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and life insurance policy renewals.
- Optimize marketing spend: Allocate and manage the annual marketing budget across different segments to maximize profitability.
- Utilize data analytics: Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) tools and predictive data to forecast insurance buying trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience gained from large insurance companies or financial institutions
- Good command of Cantonese and English
