Business Management Director - Packaging & Premium

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the Asia P&L
• Deliver budgeted revenue, EBITDA, and cash-flow targets; drive margin expansion and working-capital discipline.

Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years in luxury packaging, premium consumer goods, beauty/fragrance contract manufacturing, or high-end B2B services.
• Proven track record running P&L in Asia
• Demonstrated success winning and growing global prestige accounts
• Deep knowledge of Asian sourcing, manufacturing, and supply-chain ecosystems.
• Strong affinity or achievement in sustainability/ESG highly valued.
• Fluent English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus); comfortable operating in both Western and Asian business cultures.
• Entrepreneurial drive combined with structured, process-oriented discipline.
