We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager in the educational sector. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and actively seek new business opportunities.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and performance reports to evaluate and enhance team effectiveness.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies within the educational landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Language: Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, in the educational sector or a related industry
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
