Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate clients
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs
Attend industry events, conferences and networking functions to promote company's brand and generate leads.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategies.
Report on sales pipeline, activities, and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in logistics, HR services, relocation services, global mobility or related industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and winning new corporate accounts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Ability to build rapport and influence at senior levels.
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
